He is a member of the U.S. Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) & the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Meyer serves as an Advisor for David Smith, Executive Director of the SCC Advisory Committee. He is also Editor for U.S. & Canada and Editor-in-Chief for North and Latin America for EuroCosmetics Magazine in Germany. Mr. Rosen is Editor of the Delivery System Handbook for Personal Care and Cosmetic Products and Editor-in-Chief of Harry’s Cosmeticology, 9th Edition.

Meyer Rosen to be the Editor-in-chief of 9th Edition



Meyer Rosen has Agreed to be the Editor-in-chief of the 9th Edition of Harry's Cosmeticology which is now in the early stages. 

Meyer serves as Chief Scientific Advisor & Director of Technical Programming for HBA Global Expo, is the Editor of the 1100 page “Delivery System Handbook” , Editor of Elsevier’s Personal Care & Cosmetic Series, and Editor: United States & Canada - EuroCosmetics Magazine
