Anna Anita Gripp is in Global Marketing, Global Skin Care and Sun Care at Ashland Inc., (formerly International Specialty Products, Inc. She has worked for many of the large industry leaders and as extensive experience in management, formulation, technical service, marketing, public relations, business development, sales and development of consumer products for the personal care industry. Her areas of expertise are sun care, skin care, color cosmetics and hair care. 

Ms. Gripp is the first Cosmetic Science graduate (M.A.) from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has her B.A. in Chemistry from Rutgers University (and a minor in Slavic Languages). She holds numerous industry awards, patents and is a co-author of an book on skin aging. She has served the industry as a volunteer in both national and local chapter positions including the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, She was the SCC National Senior Area I Director (2006-2008). Ms. Gripp has been an invited guest speaker at HBA, chapter SCC meetings, and international industry meetings, and most recently received the 2011 Speaker of the Year Award for the Ontario SCC.
