Mr. Rosen is a Chartered Chemist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (London); a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists and both a Nationally Certified Professional Chemist and Certified Professional Chemical Engineer. He is a member of the U.S. Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) & the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Meyer serves as an Advisor for David Smith, Executive Director of the SCC Advisory Committee. He is also Editor for U.S. & Canada and Editor-in-Chief for North and Latin America for EuroCosmetics Magazine in Germany. Mr. Rosen is Editor of the Delivery System Handbook for Personal Care and Cosmetic Products and Editor-in-Chief of Harry’s Cosmeticology, 9th Edition.

Dr. Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University. He gained experience as a post-doctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School (MA). His research experience was focused on stem cells, biomaterials, and tissue engineering, related to dermatological applications. 

At Salvona Technologies, Dr. Sharma manages the department of "new product development." In this capacity he is in charge of developing new delivery systems for dermatological and consumer care products.



Bryan Grossman

Technology Manager

Bryan is Technology Manager for new product development at Salvona Technologies, LLC and serves as a customer liaison in the custom product development area. He has over 10 years experience with Salvona's products, and previous commercial experience with manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical and consumer care products. 

Bryan holds a degree in Biology from Rutgers University, with a Henry Rutgers scholar award. He joined Salvona in 2004 as a production manager, gained experience with technical sales and marketing, and now has combined these skills in technology and custom product development.
