Meyer serves as an Advisor for David Smith, Executive Director of the SCC Advisory Committee. He is also Editor for U.S. & Canada and Editor-in-Chief for North and Latin America for EuroCosmetics Magazine in Germany. Mr. Rosen is Editor of the Delivery System Handbook for Personal Care and Cosmetic Products and Editor-in-Chief of Harry’s Cosmeticology, 9th Edition.

Cosmeticology, 9th Ed. is currenly in typesetting. Parts 1-5 of 14 Parts have
been completed. Completion of the entire book, in both print and eBook
editions, is expected by the end of March, We will keep
you informed of progress.
